Boil spinach with onion, tomato and garlic. cool and keep in freezer. Cook whenever you want.
POTATO CUTLETS
(You can store upto a week)
Boil and mash potatoes. Mix 2 slices of bread for every 500 gms. potatoes. Put salt and other spices. Roll out into cutlets and roll them in bread crumbs keep them in the fridge compartment. Take out and use for tiffin or snack time
Frozen Peas
(Money saver)
- In winter season get your maid to peel 5 or 10 kg of peas and keep in freezer. Use in summers. (Note: do not leave these peas out of freezer for a long time)
FROZEN TOMATO PUREE
(MONEY SAVER)
Wash and boil whole tomatoes to one whistle....Cool and then Churn in a blender. Strain and fill in small boxes. Keep them in the freezer. Keep one in the fridge compartment and use this homemade puree for veggies, soup, juice etc.

Take bengali rasagulla soak it in water for 15 minutes then squeeze out and put it in fresh water repeat the process 3 - 4 times and then add it to the gravy....wow!! soft malai kofta is there ..
