Boil Rajma / chana with little water in a pressure cooker, switch off gas after one whistle. Release the pressure from the pressure cooker using a spoon. Add chilled water to this. close the pressure cooker and give 2 - 3 whistle again and WOW! you will get soft rajma or chana.
Soft Black Chana
Sprout Black chana and then pressure cook to get softer chana. Nutritional value and taste increases.
