LEFT OVER DAAL PARATHA

Mix left over dal, finely chopped onions and garlic with wheat flour. Roll out parathas. These are healthy and will remain soft for a very long time.

PURI

A guest had come from US and I was making puris, She watched and then asked "Please tell me how do you puff air in them?"

To make soft puris knead flour with milk.

PARATHA WITH A TWIST

Stuff paratha with DALMOTH (dry mixture available of haldiram also) and roast on the tawa.

RUMALI ROTI

Usually it is made with plain flour (maida). To give it a healthy twist either used packaged wheat flour or mix wheat flour + maida in equal portions and knead. Roll out very thin big chapati's and roast them on an inverted hot kadahi (wok)

You will get lovely roti's at home..Enjoy
