Tomato Gravy with NO tomatoes





If there are no tomatoes for making gravy dish at home, do not panic, after roasting onions add 1/2 packet of tomato soup powder and water. :) Here you have a thick gravy with a beautiful colour and twist of taste.



Make Kadva Karela (Bitter Gourd) without the bitter taste




Cut karela with or without the skin.
Remove the seeds Put about 2 tbs. salt and put it in boiling water for about 3 minutes.
Drain out hot water and wash with cold water.
Squeeze out excess water.
Cook the way you want to.(Your favourite style)
Add little tamrind juice and gur (jaggery) to it.
Let it cook and then check out the :) taste.




Cutting Jackfruit / Kathal




It is messy and sticky to cut kathal (jack fruit) :(

After buying it, just keep it in the fridge for one day.
Next day put little oil on your hands and peel it and cut it.
Wow!! no sticky or messy kathal :)
