TIPS n TRICKS OF COOKING
Cooking is an art. We are the greatest artists on earth. You can cook food with little learning, but the art has to be excelled. I have been cooking when I was just 15 years and I used to do a lot of mistakes..sometimes lot of salt, or egg dropping down. Messy, Messy....
With experience I learnt how to rectify my mistakes as I do not like throwing away food and I am sure you would not do the same.
I am trying to put my experiences here and would request my fiends / visitors/ cook artists to share your experiences here so that I can post them here with your names.

CUTTING CORN KERNELS WITHOUT A MESS
Boil or roast corn cob, using two bowls one big for outside and one small inside cut the corn and make paratha, corn bhel etc without any mess. enjoy.
